Neonu Jewell is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). In that role, she serves as a trusted advisor providing strategic and operational expertise on DFC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility vision, programs, and policies.
Prior to joining DFC, she was founder and CEO of Christmas Jewell Consulting, a management consulting firm, where she served as a trusted advisor to multi-sector executives and senior leaders on diversity and inclusion, workforce engagement, and change and talent management strategies. She previously spent 12 years as an international trade attorney providing counsel on international trade compliance regulations, policies, and contracts.
Ms. Jewell holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, an M.B.A. and a B.S. from Florida A&M University, and an M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary.
